01Where exactly does our data live?
On the infrastructure you choose. Self-hosted: your data centre, VPC, or air-gapped, safely behind your own firewall. A Dutch municipality runs fully air-gapped in production today. No data centre? Use our EU cloud service. Same software, same features, but without the technical management burden. Compatible to migrate to your own hardware later.
02Will our data train your models?
No. We don’t train on customer data. If you choose to include frontier providers in your suite package, they will also never train on your data. For the highest peace of mind, we can deploy open-weight models (Llama, Mistral, Gemma and many more) inside your own infrastructure.
03Can it run on our domain with our SSO and branding?
Yes. Custom domain, your logos, and your identity provider via Keycloak — we integrate with any SSO. We can also host on our domain if that fits better; the setup is flexible depending on your needs.
04How do the apps work together?
They share one context. Ask Chat to summarise a meeting and it can pull the transcript, draft an ArkNote and file it in Drive, because every app reads and writes to the same ArkOffice Drive. You’re not copy-pasting between disconnected tools; the AI acts across the whole suite with your full, current context.
05Is it compatible with Microsoft Office files?
Yes. Docs, Sheets and Slides open and save DOCX, XLSX and PPTX, alongside the open ODF formats and PDF, so your team keeps working with the files they already have. Full format compatibility, no foreign lock-in.
06What does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped on a call. There is no published price list, because the shape changes a lot between a standard suite rollout and a more tailored deployment. The cheapest quick-start option is to try the ArkOffice platform at https://arkoffice.com, which has a free tier and a Pro tier for €19 per user per month.
