Europe runs on office software it doesn't control. Almost every document, spreadsheet and slide deck written here lives with a US company, under US law, and the AI now being bolted onto those suites is sold as yet another paid add-on. Why Europe needs its own office suite

Over the past two years we've built AI for organisations where privacy and reliability aren't optional: TU Delft, and the municipalities of Delft and Rotterdam. Today ArkOffice runs in production at the Municipality of Delft.

That work taught us two things. First, people don't want another AI tool next to their office suite. They want the office suite itself to be smart. Second, the organisations that care most about where their data goes had almost nowhere to turn. The familiar suites run under US jurisdiction, and their AI comes as a separate subscription on top.

So we built the suite we wanted them to have, and now we're opening it to everyone. You keep the apps you know. Your files stay in Europe. And every major AI model is included, not sold to you later.

What's in V1.0

Eight apps, one suite, and one shared context. Each works like the tool you already use, with AI built in.

Because every app lives in the same place, the AI isn't a separate tool you copy and paste between. It can read everything in your workspace, from docs and sheets to slides, PDFs and transcripts. Ask Chat to summarise this morning's meeting and it can pull the transcript, check it against last quarter's figures in Sheets and write the follow-up as an ArkNote, filed in Drive.

Claude, Gemini, Mistral, ChatGPT, Grok, Qwen, Llama, GLM and DeepSeek, all in one suite. Pick the best model for each task, from chat to documents, and switch whenever you like. There's no juggling a subscription and a browser tab for each one, and no stack of monthly bills.

AI usage is metered in credits. Free includes 200 a month and Pro includes 2,000. For heavy users on Pro we offer pay as you go at €0.015 per credit, with a configurable hard cap.

ArkOffice is made and hosted in Europe. Your files, chats and workspace live on EU servers run by a Dutch company under European privacy law. They're encrypted in transit and at rest, visible only to you and the people you share with, never used to train AI and never sold.
